AdIntel ("we", "us") provides a private AI-powered marketing intelligence platform. This policy explains how data is accessed, used, and protected.

OAuth access

AdIntel connects to advertising platforms (such as Google Ads) using OAuth. Users explicitly authorize AdIntel to access their advertising accounts. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely on our servers and are used only to retrieve data on the user's behalf.

Google Ads data usage

Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is used solely to provide reporting, analytics, and AI-powered optimization insights within AdIntel for the authorized account. AdIntel's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No resale of user data

AdIntel does not sell, rent, or share client advertising data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Purpose of data use

Data is used only to provide reporting and insights to the authorized account owner and their workspace members. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.

Disconnecting integrations

Users can disconnect any integration from within the AdIntel dashboard at any time. Disconnecting revokes our stored tokens and stops further data retrieval. Users may also revoke access directly from their Google account permissions page.

Security

Tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. API requests run server-side over TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
