These terms govern your access to and use of AdIntel. By creating an account or connecting an advertising platform, you agree to these terms.
Service
AdIntel is a private marketing intelligence platform that ingests data from authorized advertising accounts to provide reporting and AI optimization recommendations.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must have authorization to connect any advertising account you link to AdIntel.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or violate the terms of connected platforms (including the Google Ads API Terms of Service).
Data ownership
You retain all rights to your advertising data. AdIntel processes that data only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
AdIntel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Optimization recommendations are informational; you remain responsible for advertising decisions made on your accounts.
Termination
You may stop using AdIntel and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
